Louise is our Apprentice Finance Assistant. Louise knew she wanted to work in finance and an apprenticeship gave her the opportunity to gain experience in the office as well as gain a qualification.

Louise says she would highly recommend an apprenticeship for anyone looking to get a qualification alongside the hands-on experience.

Through her on-the-job training, Louise is gaining experience in many areas. She assists with payroll, purchase ledger, and various other tasks in support of the Finance Team.
