Liam, is a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. He knew that a degree apprenticeship was his first choice when he was leaving school. A degree apprenticeship with chartered pathway allowed Liam to continue his education as well as develop his skills in a hands-on way; he has enjoyed gaining experience surrounded by people who are qualified in the industry he has chosen.

Through on-the-job training, Liam performs a variety of tasks such as completing measures and take-offs, sub-contractor valuations, and financial appraisals. This work has enabled him to develop new skills, with guidance from industry experts. Liam loves the fast-paced environment and the fact that no two days are the same.
